So comfortable, so chic, so interesting! We found everything we needed, and more. On street parking in the neighborhood was easy, our host was welcoming and informative, and our stay was just simply delightful. We particularly enjoyed seeing our host’s wonderful original artworks.

It was inviting, clean & comfy from the bedroom to the outdoor deck. It had plenty of room in the well stocked kitchen & the living room as well as an updated bathroom. The art work on the walls is spectacular. The amount of steps to get to the door but I also have bad knees. I knew ahead & I would not let it keep me from staying there again.

This place was such a good find! Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and in a fantastic & safe location. It was a cute little urban dream to stay over a coffee shop & bar! Coming down to get coffee in the mornings was such a treat. Can't say enough good things about it! If you're looking to stay in Chicago, this is the place.

This rock & roll themed apartment is super cool, in a fun location, and is above both a bar and a café, which was super convenient! Rob runs the coffee place, so it was fun to catch up with him every morning before heading out for the day. would highly recommend, and will be back.

Place was wonderful. Don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay at. The hosts were so friendly and quick to respond to any little questions I had. The place was so cute with a bar and coffee shop right under us, best of both worlds. When I come back to Chicago I will definitely be trying to stay here again! 10 out of 10

Great place to stay for walking distance for food and entertainment. The apartment is very private and peaceful and on the second floor with one flight of stairs to go up. It's secured with the downstairs outside door locked along with your apartment door. We loved the coffee shop and bar downstairs with the free live bands.

Unfortunately, a random storm knocked out the power, so we couldn't stay here. However, the host had no issue providing a full refund. We did see the home and it seemed like it would have been a comfortable stay if we had power. I would be happy to rent again in the future if I were looking to stay in the area.

What a beautiful and cozy place to stay! Lacy was a great host—communication was quick and clear. The neighborhood felt very safe, and easy overnight parking. The location was super convenient for getting to all the places we needed to visit. The home is full of charm and artistic touches. We had such a pleasant stay and would definitely love to come back!

This place is adorable. Spacious, all the amenities, interesting decor, lovely outdoor seating area, excellent location. The host is very friendly and responsive. It was the perfect experience all around. I will definitely be returning.
